Project Proposals

Every project begins with a clear proposal and quote. The scope, cost and timeline are confirmed before any work starts. Prices shown on this website are starting prices and may vary according to project requirements.

Payments

Projects generally require an advance payment to begin work, with the balance due as agreed in the proposal. Payment terms are confirmed per project.

Revisions

Agreed revisions are included within the project scope. Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Deliverables

Final deliverables are provided once all payments are complete. Intellectual property of the final work transfers to you upon full payment unless previously agreed otherwise.

Support

Post-launch support is provided according to the agreement made for each project. Hosting services include the technical assistance stated in the chosen plan.

Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to deliver functional, secure products, I am not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of delivered software.
